Cancellations: In the event you need to cancel your registration, a refund (less $100) will be given to all written or faxed requests received at CMA on or before February 1, 2007.  After that date, we are unable to give refunds.  However, you may transfer your fees to anyone who is able to attend in your place.  Fees cannot be transferred to future CMA conferences.
